  • Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge was created with the spirit of the Rocky Mountains in mind. Complete with wildlife motifs and Native American decorations, the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge meld the comforts of home with the serenity of the great outdoors.

Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge features studio, one- and two-bedroom timeshare accommodations. Studios offer a queen bed, double-size sleeper sofa, kitchenette with microwave, mini-refrigerator, wet bar, coffee maker, and private porch or balcony. One- and two- bedroom vacation homes feature a master suite with king-size bed and whirlpool tub, queen sleeper sofa in the living area, fully equipped kitchen, TV and DVD player, washer/dryer and private porch or balcony. Two bedroom homes have a second bedroom with private bathroom and either one queen bed and double-size sleeper sofa or two queen beds.

Hiking boots are not required to enjoy the great outdoors at the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Throw on your best swimming attire for an afternoon splash in the Silver Creek Springs and Hidden Springs Pools, or witness the Old Faithful Geyser erupt in a realistic recreation at Fire Rock Geyser. For those who prefer a more pampered lifestyle, head to Sturdy Branches Health Club for a relaxing massage or dry sauna.

Free bus and boat transportation is available to take guests to and from the Walt Disney World theme parks, water parks and more. Nearby dining at The Villas includes Artist Point, featuring cuisine of the Pacific Northwest, Territory Lounge, and Whispering Canyon Cafe which offers wood-smoked barbecue meats and other specialties.

**Construction will be taking place at the resort through 2017**

My family and I have been to just about all the WDW resorts over the last 10 years - and this one is the best for a family that wants easy access to the Magic Kingdom. Also, the wilderness affect on children is so positive that my girls still talk about it in conversation today!

Far and away the best Disney property. Quaint, comfortable and quiet.

As a DVC member I try to stay in as many resorts as I can each year. This year we stayed at Wilderness Lodge for one short night because I could not get 2 nights consecutive at any DVC resort because it was a last minute trip. Anyway this resort was still under a bit of construction when we visited but is a charming Old lodge feels like you are in the National Parks lodge style to it. The timeshares are a bit inconveniently located in an out building quite a hike away from the main hotel area but they are surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The rooms look like regular hotel rooms with a small fridge and microwave. Your view is of the pine trees which adds to the woodsy feeling of the place. The restaurant was good and lots of fun for breakfast as the waiters make up all kinds of games for the kids and adults alike in the morning. My elderly Mom and Aunt in their 70's and 80's had a rip roaring time with the 70ish waiters flirting with them and singing at their table. Of course the staff is the friendliest in Orlando with that famous Disney training. Our bellhop had worked in Disney for more than 30 years since the Contemporary hotel had opened and he was still in the same job but now at Wilderness Lodge. How is that for loving your job. Overall we enjoyed our stay here but don't care much for the location of the timeshare units so would probably try somewhere else instead of repeating here. If you don't mind the trek to the units you will enjoy your stay here.

This is one of the great property within WDW. Villas are right next to the Lodge and share all amenities. Quite pool is relaxing and not crowded like the main pool but no slide. Close to Magic Kingdom is a big plus with families with little ones. A boat service to MK, Contemporary and Ft. Wilderness with bus service to parks and Downtown Disney. A rustic feel to this place with wonderful restaurants

It is so wonderful, by far the best of Disney's Delux Resorts. Don't miss it!

The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is the perfect all around resort. It is located adjacent to the large Wilderness Lodge Resort but the villas have their own entrance. It's a "FABULOUS" location for families with small kids because there is a charming ferry to the Magic Kingdom from the resort.

Make sure you use all the pools, not just the one at the villas. There are several pools with a white sandy beaches to boot.

When we stay at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge we love to leave the windows open in the villa. Leaving the windows ajar allows the lovely breeze that comes from the secluded woods behind the villas to fill the villa with the scent of pine..... Incredible! There is a private pool just for vacation club owners and their guests, plus the health club is the best on property.
