I've stayed at this property four times, the first time around 2010 andthe last time was this past June, 2023. I don't recall ever having poorinternet service. During my first three visits, it was springtime (AC notneeded) and we were informed that there was construction going on. Iassume repairs and upgrades was happening. During those three visits, theunits where I stayed were not old or outdated. This year, we were therein the summer time. We had AC and it worked well. The furniture was notoutdated and no issues with the internet. The staff was very helpful andhe property is very nice. I hope this helps.

There is AC in all the villas with controls in living area and bedrooms.They seem to have a continual program to keep the villas updated. We wentin December 2023 last time with quite new beds and furnitures. Thekitchen appliances are all up to date and sound. The internet was alsovery good - and that was for 3 teenagers and us catching up with bits ofwork too!
