Accommodating a maximum of eight people, Summer Bay Resort homes offer two luxury master bedrooms with king-size beds and adjoining master baths, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and full bath, a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for eight, a fully equipped kitchen, and private one-car garage. Additional amenities include a double sleeper sofa, large screen cable TV and VCR in the living room, and washer/dryer; most Summer Bay Resort homes have their own heated pool and spa.

Summer Bay Resort is just minutes from Universal Studios and a free shuttle ride away from Disney World. On site, the resort offers jet skiing, water skiing, canoeing, and pontoon boating on its private, spring-fed, 64-acre lake. Smaller lakes, an interactive water playground and conveniently located swimming pools and crystal clean hot tubs are scattered across the resort. Sport enthusiasts can also enjoy tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe courts, and miniature golf, all available on the property.
