We had a great time back in April, were given 4br villa with a pool, golf cart, free tickets to Ocean World, Elena also gave us 2 free cable car tickets for our kids. Our family had a blast and we bought Platinum membership, lotsa $extra, but we plan on going back 2-3 times a year because the place is outrages. They are building many more villas that are out of this world! We stayed in a nice villa, we felt pampered, people were nice and smiled non-stop, and we cannot wait to go back as owners. We had the best family vacation.

We can't wait to go back . . . this time we're going with three families . . . the price is right and the value is worth it.

We stayed in a spacious 4 bedroom villa with all the comforts of home! Our breakfast was served daily followed by a dip in our private pool. We had a choice of 6 pools or a favorite spot on Cofresi Beach enjoying the waves. The resort has 6 excellent resturants and the All Inclusive package kept us very satisfied. We stayed busy with many of the activities the resort offers. Our favorite day was at Ocean World Marina. Snorkeling, interacting with the dolphins and feeding the exotic birds were our highlights. We also attended the "Bravissimo" show at the casino, performances at the amphitheatre and the Christmas Eve bash.

With the V.I.P privledges we felt pampered. Words cannot capture the hospitality of the staff and their day to day service. Our children did not want to leave making this an unforgettable vacation!

The moment you arrive at Puerto Plata airport you will be treated like royalty. The resort will pick you up from the airport for no additional charge and you have the option of being transferred by van, limo, or helicopter. The resort is beautiful. We arrived at the front desk and were greeted by the concierge with a tropical drink and fruit. As a VIP member you are treated as a king or queen. There are many sections of the resort designated to the VIP members only. There are parties sponsored by the resort for the VIP members that include fireworks and entertainment. The beach is beautiful and the resort has many non motorized water sporting activities available. The all inclusive plan is required but is well worth it. There is food available almost 24/7 and if you get a villa a maid makes breakfast for you every morning. There are many bars to get alcoholic beverages included as well. About a mile down the street there is a theme park/casino called Ocean World which is definitely worth seeing. I guarantee that you will have a good time at this resort.

We have been to this resort twice. The place is Beautifu! Top shelf entertainment, Food and drinks. We travel all over the world and this is the least expensive but best service and most beautiful that we've been to.

just back from lifestyle crown villas, the villa was great, the weather perfect it was truly the best vacation i have had so far! the staff was nice , right there whenever you need something. rented from elena shomnina so they gave us all her platinum ammenities. we did not get a golf cart but i was ok with that as i needed to walk off all the food i ate! there were shuttle vans always right there to take you if you wanted them to. was a little too tipsy most times to drive a cart anyway!! thanks Elena! will be booking with you again soon.

Just returned from a wk at the resort. We were in a 3 bdrm villa (#21). Great unit, large bdrms (bed in the master stiffer than I like) great private pool. We were issued our own golf cart to tour around in, which was also cool as we visited the 6 - 7 restaurants on the property as it is an all inclusive resort. We also took advantage of the maid's offer to cook us breakfast 5 out of the 7 days. (she was the omellette queen) I was a little leery after having read a few reviews about the food being sub par, but found this to not be the case at all. We had a great experience, did the water fall tour (hugely recommended, but bring running shoes) which we got to by taxi just 20 min. away, rather than taking the whole day with the combo safari tour. ($15 ea vs $75) The VIP privileges were great & the chateau briand at the Gourmet Restaurant is to die for. Negatives were, a little more rain than we had expected which was also likely the cause of all the mosquitos.

This is without doubt the best villa holiday you can have. All the facilities + the villa + the maid. WOW The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. VIP World is the best relaxing complex you can imagine. The grounds are well maintained daily and there is loads to do with excellent range of excursions offered. So impressed we joined the club.

This is one of the best vacation experiences and we had many. The Villas are amazing and like a home for the rich on famous. Breakfast served by the maid with omelettes and eggs made to order. The privacy of the pool as well as surroundings make it a quite getaway, yet the beach is right around the corner as well as all other resort anemeties. Staff is absolutely wonderful (but so are most Domenicans we have met) and the staff for vacation villas do their best to make this an extraordinary vaction

Absolutely amazing vacation experience worthy of any "lifestyles of the rich and famous" show. Each group of guests get their own 2 floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa (sleeps up to 8) with its own swimming pool. The all-inclusive meal plan provides world class cuisine at every meal. Puerto Plata is a tropical paradise. You'll be pampered every way imaginable. I thought these kind of resorts charge $50,000 per week or something like that, not $500 per day for food (a great bargain for six people) plus whatever for the villa. A great bargain for an amazing vacation!

Superb Villas sleeping up to eight people, carribean furniture very uncomfortable, but beds ok, maid service every day who will cook for you if needed, fridge full of drink, resort being renovated so bit chaotic, each villa has its own swimming pool. Staff very obliging. suggest you go all inclusive, food excellent, weather unpredictable.
