Grand Pacific MarBrisa Resort is Grand Pacific's newest, largest and most elegant resort. Situated on 41 prime acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean, MarBrisa Resort is close to all that Southern California has to offer.

This classic Spanish Mediterranean-style resort will feature luxurious studio, one, two and three bedroom vacation villas, each with a private patio or balcony offering panoramic ocean or park views. Twenty-seven different villa buildings will create a village-type atmosphere.

On-site, enjoy a day by the expansive freeform pool with interactive water play features and spa. Also available is a fitness center, picnic area with BBQs, and supervised recreation program. MarBrisa guests will enjoy the on-site restaurant and full-service spa with eight private treatment rooms at the adjacent hotel. Proposed future phases (may not be built) include: two additional family pools, plus three other smaller pools, and a sports center featuring half-court basketball and club-style tennis courts.

Located in the quaint coastal village of Carlsbad, MarBrisa Resort offers guests direct access to nearby LEGOLAND® California. Play golf at the City of Carlsbad's Championship Golf Course, The Crossings at Carlsbad, adjacent to the resort. For fantastic shopping, the Carlsbad Premium Outlet stores are a short drive away.
