Canmore (Worldmark)

WorldMark Canmore, an all-season resort, is located about 70 miles from Calgary in the small town of Canmore (population 16,000). The town became renowned during the 1988 Olympic games, and is now a center for outdoor recreational activities. With Banff National Park only 7.5 miles away, the beauty of mountains, rivers, and glaciers surround the area. The gorgeous Lake Louise sits within the national park and is a top destination.

Developed for the Olympics, a cross-country skiing park with over 44 miles of trails is just a five-minute drive away. Other nearby activities include fishing, climbing, hiking, kayaking, golf, mountain biking, and boating. The area has numerous walking or biking paths throughout and the wildlife is plentiful.

Visit the lovely, quaint town of Canmore with quilters, artist galleries, pubs, restaurants, and even a blacksmith shop. Finish your day by relaxing in the resort’s hot tubs along with an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center and recreation room.
