Kings' Land resort is a 112 acre oasis carved out of an ancient lava field. Located directly between two of Hawaii's finest golf courses, the Kings Course and the Beach Course, this resort features magnificent views of the Kings´ Course, Mauna Kea, and dazzling tropical sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.
The resort's 33,000 square-foot Clubhouse features a great room atmsphere in the tradition of the Hawaí i Ohana as a family gathering spot. Additional amenities include the Keiki Club for children, a technologically advanced game room for teens and the young at heart, an owners´ club, a spa and fitness room, an open-air lanai reception area, a super pool with children and adult specific areas, and gourmet deli.

Great resort! We loved the 2br unit, these pictures posted here are not representative of the resort room we stayed in and the building we were in was the 3rd one built. The rooms were beautiful with wood floors (or wood laminate) throughout, granite counter tops in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, 3 flat screen lcd tv's (one in each bedroom and living room). Washer /dryer are in the room, which is nice. The Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate stand up shower, very nice as well. We had a view of the Serenity pool and Kings golf course, the pools all are very nicely designed with big waterfalls. In the evenings, if clear you could see Maui and the wild goats would come out and graze on the golf course. This resort is not on the beach, you will need to drive to one of the several state beaches nearby â recommend Hapuna Beach. Matter of fact there are only two hotels that are actually on a white sand beach on the big island and the Hilton is not one of them (they have a man made lagoon with beach). There is a bar and restaurant onsite for lunch and afternoon, but closes at 6pm. They offer a free shuttle to the other resorts and Hilton Waikoloa Resort where there are many things to do and dine. There are also shopping nearby â Queens Market Place and Kings Shops from food to clothing. I recommend Subwayâs in the Queens Market Place for a cheap eat, and Buzzâs Sand Trap for a good diner (beware though ambiance is that of an old golf club house in need of re-design, but food is good). We went to Foodland up the road 15min for shopping, and Target, Walmart and Costco are all in Kona. If you go to Kona you must eat at Jackie Reyâs Ohana Grill, best dinner on the island! Also a must see is the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, 3 hour drive but well worth the visit. The staff is all there eager to please and is very helpful. Great place to relax and unwind.
