Located in close proximity to the Yampa river, there is plenty to do for the outdoor sports enthusiast year round. Hot air ballooning, hot springs, hiking, and fishing are some the local favorites. One- and two-bedroom units are fully equipped with washer/dryer, full kitchens, balcony, Internet access, and gas fire places.

Outstanding accomodations! Condo had two bedrooms, two baths, beautiful kitchen, gas fireplace. Hot tubs were great and also the gas grills. I would highly recommend this property with shuttles running every fifteen minutes. Great views and close to shopping!

Fantastic. Plenty of room (we had 5 adults). Sleeping accomodations are awesome. The second bedroom had 2 full beds rather than a Queen. The sleeper sofa was adequate. Close to ski lifts and shuttle ran as promised and scheduled. Would stay here again if I come back to Steamboat.
