Outstanding location, service, fitness center, cleanliness & food quality. Terrible on amenities, esp. in the family section ... no pool butlers, no bar, not even a water fountain!! Can't even take food out from the restaurants. Don't like towel cards - esp. when the towel hut is 2 buildings away. Kids club hours not the best & activities are geared towards 6 yo & up (i.e., tennis, bracelet making, etc.). The rooms (we stayed in a family suite) were 3-star quality, nothing to write home about, but was very clean. Unless you're on the beach end of each building, there's really no view at all, except for the pools, which get very loud during nap times. Worst part - the main entertainment stage is right next to the family building with music/singing blaring until 12 am or later. Very poor design, particularly for the little ones.

Exchange through Interval..it is only about $400 less than paying directly at the resort. It doesn't make sense to use an exchange to go into this resort.
