Seven Seas Resort is a quaint timeshare facility offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom accommodations. While at the Seven Seas be sure to take advantage of their oceanside deck and pool - perfect for a day in the sun or an evening cocktail. The resort also features a game room with billiards table and video games.
Daytona Beach is the perfect vacation destination with 23 miles of white sand beach and activities galore. Take an opportunity to cruise one of the few remaining drive-on beaches. Go deep sea fishing or scuba diving in the beautiful waters of the Atlantic. Head inland to the Richard Petty Riding Experience and experience first-hand the speed and thrill of NASCAR racing.
For nighttime entertainment, Teauila's Hawaiian Luau Dinner Show can't be beat. The sights and sounds of Hawaii come alive on stage as hula dancers, fire dancers, and island musicians make this an event that the entire family will enjoy.

We exchanged on 4/12/08 to a two bdrm unit. The Mold and Mildew was outrageous the furnature was old and smelly, mold in guest bath, towels were like sandpaper, pans and dishes were greasy, we had to eat out. The staff was great to work with and tried to help but they were limited in what they could do.Thanks to RCI we changed to another Timeshare. RCI could not find a resort in the Daytona area that was suitable for us so we went to Cocoa Beach. The Las Olas Beach Club is fantastic. I would never exchange into this resort again.

We stayed in a studio on ground level. The parking was just outside the front door and there were no stairs to climb. Made it nice for us "Seniors". It was very neat and clean. The Murphy bed folded up in the day so we had lots of room. Only about 30 steps from the beach made it a great place to be in Jan. Close to many activities and places to visit. We suggest Aunt Catfish's to eat.
Our daughter's family (2 adult/2 children)stayed in a 2 BR w/2bath on third floor. They loved it. Heated pool and outdoor grill made it a lot of fun to just stay and walk the beach. Beach driving allowed in this area. Limited activities provided by resort, but they were very nice. We plan to return to same place.

Stayed in a loft condo on third floor. It was listed as a 1BR 2B, but when we got there it was a 2BR 2B. The second bedroom is the loft with private bath. It was nice to wake in the morning and look out across the ocean. Sunrise was nice also. Condo was "alright". We had four adults and the kitchen and living areas were somewhat cramped. Probably ok for parents with two kids.
