This is a hard one. The area is lovely. The units vary. We were first assigned a unit on three levels. To get to it a series of steep steps first went down then up to the unit. The steps would not have been an issue if they had not been coated with ice and snow. The unit itself had multiple maintenance problems but was basically fine.
We were moved to a different unit after two nights and the staff was wonderful. They helped my husband move us in a snowstorm. The second unit was an attached home with two bedrooms and two baths on one floor and a spacious loft on the second floor. The unit was lovely.
So.o.o.o.o, as I stated this is a hard one. Our first unit would have been fine in a warmer season. I am very grateful that we were moved as the icy stairs were definitely a hazard.

Absolutely perfect vacation location for Northern Arizona. We stayed in March, 2008 and skied the Arizona Snowbowl, visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and wash canyons, all within short drives. The unit was large and had a private hot tub on the back deck which was cleaned 2 x week. It was one of our best vacation spots.

We go here all the time and love the spacious units and weather. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Just bought a second unit a week ago. When you live in Phoenix you really appreciate the cool breezes and the fragrant pine tree smell. We love to walk in the many areas available.
We ate at a restaurant called Brix last week and it was absolutely wonderful. We sat outside in a lovely setting and received excellent food and service. A little more expensive but it's worth it! We have been told that it's a highly-rated restaurant--and in such a small town that was a nice surprise.

We love our TS ownership here at FF Flagstaff! The units are nicely furnished and provide a lot of space. Our 2BR unit is in the Tanglewood Townhouse section, which are split/tri-level design. The 2nd bedroom is on the entry level, with two twin beds. Down the 1/2 flight of stairs is the master bedroom with a large jetted tub and the laundry (washer/dryer). Upstairs on the 1/2 flight above entry level is the full kitchen, a nice living room with balcony and dining room.
The kitchen is nicely furnished and there are plenty of TV's throughout. The fireplace in the living room adds nice ambiance.
Our particular unit (#303) overlooks the golf course and the SanFrancisco Peaks.
There are probably 8 or 10 US National Park sites within a reasonable day trip from Flagstaff, including one of the wonders of the world . . . The Grand Canyon!

Great resort with an outstanding staff. The 2BR deluxe unit was very spacious, clean, well kept, and full furnished. There was a nice gift bag for visitors. The Activity Center had wifi and 4 computers available for guests.
The resort has an offsite exercise room and over activites at a country club close by the resort.
The views outside the resort include the San Francisco peaks.

Just returned from our Thanksgiving weekend to this resort. We stayed in a two bd 2 ba with loft condo. It was very, very nice. The decor was of course santa fe style with leather sofa and two big arm chairs in the livingroom with a fireplace. Off of the master suite was a hot tub - yes it was hot. Kitchen huge, washer and dryer looked new. This resort is off the highway near some really nice homes. There is a fitness center and activity center just a walk down the road. Good activities for the kids, actually saw many adults using the computers available. Full service activity center. People were very friendly. Oh, the only down which is really nothing to complain about was the heating systems was a bit loud but it kept us warm and cozy. In the kitchen was a little goody bag nice gesture of the resort. A car is necessary to go into town. We really enjoyed our stay. If you go make sure you eat at the Cracker and Barrell located just off exit 195 off the 40 west - about 5 minutes away driving. We also enjoyed the grand canyon and the railway of the rim tour in williams - a must do.

Stayed here in fall of 2004 for a few days while my son was in hospital in Flagstaff. Everyone was very helpful and the unit was spectacular. Not considering the circumstances of my immediate situation, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Nice layout and fabulous view!

We just returned from a summer week here...the weather was excellent. Nights were very comfortable...didn't even need the ceiling fans. Stayed in a 2 BR up-down lock- out unit which overlooked trees, birds and jack rabbits. The resort is very well maintained. The unit was large and the staff was excellent. Toured a 2 BR tri-level with fireplace which was very cozy and beautifully decorated. Kids loved the outdoor ping-pong! Perfect spot to venture out in any direction!

We are just back from 6/19-6/26 wk. This is a nice and well situated resort. It is great for jumping off to AZ attractions such as Lake Powell, Glen Cyn., Grand Cyn. and particularly Sedona (40 minutes htru Oak Creek Cyn.) Flagstaff itself is a pleasant college town with very moderate summer climate.
Resort is well maintained though it is 23 years old. It can be a distance to the adult pool at the adjacent country club but onsite family pool is tolerable. Staff is friendly and helpful. It deserves 4 stars in my view.

We had a very spacious unit with lots of privacy at the end of a row. Beware though that there are stairs everyplace! And most railings were inadequate if they were present at all. (What good is a railing if you can't grab it in a fall?)

Loved this resort, we just bought a week. Flagstaff is close to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and the Snow bowl. There is so much to do. The resort is well maintained and the units are large. We cant wait to go back, we did not get to do all that we wanted to do in one trip.

Very nice inside and out. The unit is large and we loved the separate spa tub room. If you want quiet time this is great.

I love this resort! The units are like a home. Very nicely furnished with American Indian type fabrics and prints. The room are huge and the windows large. They have their own laundry room and a very special, separate Jacuzzi room adjacent to the master bedroom. This is a beautiful mountain city in a beautiful scenic spot very near the Grand Canyon. The air is crisp and clean. I could live here

I am biased. I own two units -both week 37.
I own 10 ts and this is amongst my favorites.
I will trade a week 37 for a week 36 or 38 nearby.
