Perennial Vacation Club was founded in 1980 as a unique vacation ownership program where members own and manage the club. Members purchase the perpetual right to use any of the resorts in the club, rather than a fixed week at a specific resort.
In addition, Perennial Vacation Club is affiliated with both RCI and Interval International, allowing exchange opportunities with a much wider timeshare resort network.
