The Phase 1 (Beach Villas & Tower) units underwent renovation in 2014. Contract holders were informed of the activity, the assessemet fee and the overview of what was to be done by letter (April 4, 2013). After the 2014 renovation to Phase 1 the Phase 2 buildings' renovation began. So, as of this time (2020) those renovation activities are, of course, complete. (by David A.):
