I also own at NYX in Cancun’s till 2025. My maintance fees are due every other year. They are due in January of this year. I have not received a statement and not able to log in on resortcom.com anymore for some reason. I’ve got a few phone numbers and searched on line. So far I have not be able to reach anyone. Any suggestions or advice would be nice.
