I hired the Morrissey Law firm and we filed a "Quit Claim Deed" Now, Grand Regency or Goodmanagement or whatever they call themselves sent me a bill for nearly $1000 for back maintenance fees and penalties for not paying. Morrissey Law firm are looking into this for me. This Grand Regency whatever is a real problem and we had sent in a Personal check with Option 2 for "Deedback" in 2016, the check was cashed but no deed back. This is a real problem and I am very surprised that the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce of Branson have not taken any action against this property. Clearly a "nightmare" and am tired of having persistent attempts by the ??management?? in expecting me to continue paying maintencance fees even though we have not used that property since 2010.
