Caution, bertr 11...as an owner,i paid extra for the verification feature, and when Covid struck, Red Week refunded 100% of my rental money, that they were holding, to the renter under some sort of cancellation policy. At the same time, I was a renter. When I cancelled, the owner, who did not have a verification feature, was able to keep all of my rental payment. Doesn't seem right. Doesn't seem fair.
