It was (at the time...they were bought out) the Avalon in Cancun. We had a 30 year contract. We did use our timeshare up until my spouse’s disability. It was going to be way too difficult for him, so we requested the surrender. This was back in 2019 when things were not as bad as they are now. Not sure if that makes a difference.
