This owner's scenario is one of the reasons why it's so important to have a written agreement that is set in stone and signed by BOTH parties. That way there are no changes to be made after the agreement has been signed.

I can't imagine what he went through with all the changes the direct exchanger requested, especially since so many other exchangers wanted his weeks with far less hassle involved.
