Both are beautiful, differences and similiarities, but I agree that the Haciendas will be the premier resort by the Royal Resorts, and the #1 resort on the Mexican Caribbean. Give it time to complete the entire project -- phases 3 - 8 (4 loops), golf course, spa, town center, restaurants, et al. Having stayed in November, it already is a wonderful resort, but in time, it will be magnificent!
