Re: IBD-MARKETING . HAS ANYONE HEARD OF OR DEALT WITH THEM ? (by R P.):

I have never had any luck selling timeshares via Tug. My luck was with Redweek, MyResortNetwork and Bidshares where I sold 9 timeshare weeks. I priced them very reasonably at what I bought them for resale, however I lost money on the developer bought timeshare (typical).

With all the discussions about pricing your timeshare at a marketable rate on Tug, that mantra seems to have fallen on deaf ears with many Tug members and they price their timeshares far above market value (market value is what a buyer is willing to pay for a certain timeshare) and some members even price their timeshares at what they paid the developer.

Also, timeshareforums doesn't get enough traffic for anyone to sell a timeshare there. It's a site with very few members and very little traffic.

You can list your timeshare on www.tug2.net You can also list it on www.timeshareforums.com Try www.vacationtimesharerentals.com and www.myresortnetwork.com as well.

We have had success with Redweek, but I am sorry to say that our best responses for buyers and renters has been through www.myresortnetwork.com
