Re: Royal Hacienda (by Deborah B.):
From what I've seen, most members end up owning more than one week at the Royals, so another addition to the family may very well be possible, aliciag23!!! From our experience, it takes a day or two to settle in to the vacation routine, and by the end of the week, it's starting to gear up to go home again. So one week is not enough!!! Besides, with the cost of airfare, staying the two weeks helps with that expense. Saturday morning on that transition day to the second week is so delightful! Most everyone else is all depressed as they're heading home, the beach and pool are empty, and you're in all the glory for staying on as vacation is only half way done. Once, with a bonus Royal week we stayed for 3 weeks -- we felt like Mexican citizens! We own 2 back to back weeks, two different times of year. Someday whenever we retire we can split the villas and stay for four weeks twice a year. I wonder if that would give us citizenship and voting rights -- lol!!!
