Angel Fire-Fairfield Deception (by J E.):
Has anyone else had problems with Angel Fire, NM timeshares? When we bought, a few years ago, we specifically asked and were told AND SHOWN A PAGE IN THEIR BOOK by the salesman that they (the company) would buy back our timeshare-with some loss of money-if we decided to sell. The monetary loss was about $1,000. Fast forward-we found land and decided to sell-the salesman was gone and no one knew what we were talking about! What a surprise (said with sarcasm). When I complained directly to Fairfield, a woman on the phone said that she had heard of that, but it no longer existed... Now, we are about to file a complaint with the attorney general of NM. Anyone else had this problem?
