Hello, I sure hope it doesn't become the next Can Cun. I love the unique, quaint, smaller, village or seaside community feeling of Playa Del Carmen versus the vast, fast, city like feeling of Can Cun. We own the Royal Haciendas weeks 5 & 6 "odd years" and Four weeks at the Mayan Palace down the road. We love the Haciendas more than any other place, but could only afford so much vacation, plus we have two weeks in Palm Springs. My husband and I wish they were all Royal Haciendas weeks. Maybe someday we can pick up some resell - Of course I truly don't believe they'll be losing their value as they are the very best of the best!! Deena
