I have no idea what condition the property is now in, but a couple years ago it was bad and getting worse. It might be worthwhile doing a drive-by to see what you think. Maybe others can help you with recent reports/experiences.

Did you get free and clear? I keep hearing horror stories of deedbacks that end up being refused - from what I understand of Missouri law you cannot force them to take back the property...
