Hi, I have found a unit on Red Week that I would like to rent. I have contacted the owners and they have sent me a vacation condo rental agreement to sign and send the full amont within 7 days. Is is common to send the full amont to the owner? Can I feel it is safe because I found it on Red Week? Thank You.
