Most owners when running a ad list their e-mail address! They need someway for a renter or buyer to contact them!

He will write down the information on the units/resorts that he wants to use for vacation and then enter them in his e-mail address book.

This way he can send one offer out and have all the addresses listed on the one e-mail!

I watched him do this on the Cancun Mexico resort and we wanted Royal Caribbean Resort ground floor two bedroom with ocean/pool area view.

He found about eight units available in the timeshare sites and sent out one offer. Within two days he had three owners contact him to except his terms. He also had two e-mails telling him he was nuts but if he wanted to pay more to contact them! Reply "NO THANK YOU"

We sit out on the patio on first floor looking at the ocean and pool. Our patio was within 50 ft of the pool. His wife and my wife gave us bad time because by second day we had the waitress and waiters walking over to our patio with our drinks they serve at pool side!

We traded in there about ten years earlier and had ocean front but our condo was near the top and this time we wanted ground floor and Dale got it for us and at his price not the owners!
