In this case I do not like wishlist because some people put out a request for a top week and resort and the offer is ridiculous and chances are no one will contact them!

I prefer e-mailing serval owners at once if I have the e-mail address and let the owner understand this offer is going out to all these owners with your week and unit you would like and you will take best offer.

If you take ad from places like Redweek then you have no e-mail but you can tell them you are sending this same offer to five other owners on Redweek or other sites at same time and best offer and its a deal! Someone wanting a holiday are out of their mind if they wait around for a cheap week in a busy area of resorts!

Anyone wanting a holiday week should do same as far as giving owners information that they are looking for best off and will make deal within say seven days and wait for offers and make best deal you can for a holiday week!

We own so we plan ahead and have never needed the plan Dale uses. He not only doesn't own one but would never buy one because his way is cheaper and easier just renting every year!
