I've been trying to reach Redweek through their email (support@redweek.com) and have sent 3 emails but no response. I'm responding to their 8/12 post. Is anyone having the same issue? Is there a phone number to call for Redweek? I got caught during my trip in the Lahaina fires and our hotel (Westin Kaanapali) lost power and eventually we were forced to evacuate. I believe I can recoup some of the costs. Let me know how best to reach Redweek Support.
