We just came back from there. Playa Del Carmen is about 1 mile from the resort and they have a free shuttle that will take you in to town at 10, 11,12 1,2 nad 5pm and they do pick ups at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 1:30, 2:30 and 5:30. the ride is approximatly 15 minutes because of the retourno and the stops and start to get in to town - it is fine - the only inconvenience is that you have to schedule this in advance and it fills up. if you like to be spontaneous and take a cab either way - it is about $10.00 US one way. I did hear that once phase 3 and 4 are done - they will have a trolly going in to Playa Del Carmen on a regular basis like their other resorts.

I do not know - they did not say - we once took a cab from the Embacadero in Cancun to the Royal Caribbean (trip is 45 min by bus) 6 people for $18US

Do you by any chance know how much it cost to take a cab from the haciendas to the airport????
