I'm sorry I never replied, I don't visit this site very often. Anyway, The website address is www.haufman-assoc.com. I am extremely satisfied with their service. They have been able to received total or partial refunds from the companies I paid. Bottom line is, they get results or they don't get paid; you gotta love that. Has anyone else use this company, I wonder...I'd love to know if they used this Haufman company, and what results they received. I'd love to let people here know that this company really does what they claim. We are all so leary of any company dealing with timeshare, that we think the worst. Call these guys and believe again!
