With all due respect, BBB is really nothing more than a paid membership organization for commercial entities. The mere absence of formal complaints filed with the BBB about an entity does not indicate in any way that the entity is actually competent, reliable or trustworthy --- and BBB does not make "recommendations" or "referrals".
