To answer your last question as to the range of my prices. I would say for annual usage (float) 1 BR around 10K or 11K max.

It appears the least expensive 1 BR annual is starting at 15K. I suggest you negotiate directly with the 1 BR owners by sending email via the posting web site.

Being a 2 BR EOY owner, you will be unlikely to hit that price point with 2 BR E0Y, but if you pay 5 to 7K more you may be able to swing it. Again if you are even remotely interested in, I suggest going back to the posting page and negotiate directly with EOY owners as well.
