We have been using Redweek for several years, always using the full-service as I find it nice to let Redweek handle everything. We have always dealt with Tiffany; I am not sure if you have outsourced your customer service, but the lack of response and follow up is the worst I have ever experienced. Unfortunately there are not many other platforms available for timeshare rentals, so really disappointed in whatever is going on with Redweek.
