It's a MUCH BIGGER money grab now! We no longer have a choice to rent out our timeshare ourselves! I have used Redweek for well over 25 years and just pulled two of my new ads. They are now adding over 10% to our rental fee for them to pocket. They already charge a membership, a listing fee, and a verification fee (all of which I was fine with) but NOW they are making my units even higher priced! I can barely get my maintenance fee on a couple of our Marriott's the way it is - and now an extra 10%!!! Any suggestions on other places to use to rent that you have been happy with? Looking for owners to share ideas, as Redweek is NOT what it used to be!!
