Do you have to pay a fee if your reserve is met on Bidshares? I thought that Bidshares was totally free now. Anyway, when I listed a timeshare with Bidshares a few years ago there was a $50 fee if someone met the reserve. A man met my reserve then backed out of the purchase. I was immediately charged the $50 fee. I contacted Bidshares, and with some hassle involved, finally was credited my $50 fee.
If there is no fee involved now, you should be able to contact the person that met your reserve and explain the situation that you kept your Bidshares ad until the Redweek ad transaction was complete, and that you're sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused the bidder. I would then immediately take the ad off Bidshares.
This scenario goes to show that patience and having a reasonable selling price is the key when selling a timeshare ... congrats!
