If using the WG fixed week as intended, ie at your home resort, during the designated fixed week - you are good. However for resale floating weeks, you’re only allowed to book 60 days prior to check in, which significantly reduces the probability of actually being able to reserve and use your week during prime season.

I am assuming you are still guaranteed the fixed week…. is that correct? So if you are still guaranteed you’re fixed week when you purchase from another owner, I am curious in what ways does Westgate penalize you separate from that? Also if you do buy a floating week and they sort of penalize and make your reservations difficult is it correct that they still have to give you at least one week during the ski season that they will probably give you your last pick but have to give you one during ski season
