I am an experience renter of my timeshares when we are not using them. Just yesterday May 10th I posted a rental and now I see that a service fee has been added to the rental price. I did not sign up for this, perhaps I did it inadvertently. I will contact Customer Service. I have repeating renters and do not want them to pay a fee...for what? when they feel confident booking with me as an owner.
