I have rented my unit 3 times with vacation candy over the years. Each time they had a client wanting my week and they reached out to me because they saw it listed for rent and made it happen. They only reached out to me because they had already found someone to rent it. What’s not to like about that? Great experience every time. Sure they marked it up for their fee, but I got what I was asking and even got 50% at the time of booking instead of after check in. I am not happy with the changes at redweek. They mark the week up too now and I don’t have the choice to list it on my own anymore. in fact, I might just quit paying all of the redweek fees and post exclusively with vacation candy because they are free. No fees whatsoever. Redweek claims they had to force everyone to do it through their verification service because of a few people that were renting a week that didn’t exist. I don’t believe it. They just want to get more for every week listed on their site.
