Re: Re: Redweek once again changing listing format to benefit them. (by Barbara M.):
I agree totally. I have used Redweek for a very long time - over ten years. I tried to post my listing today and it appears I cannot have direct renting with a potential renter. I own timeshares that have no affiliation with Marrioitt or Hyatt or other timeshare companies and I have to 'contact' Redweek. I used to be able to just copy my previous advertisement for my week, update the listing and repost. I have no trouble paying the posting charge (although Redweek has gone from $19.99 to post to $59.99) but now Redweek appears to be the 'gatekeeper' of the ad. I am going to go to TUG.net and post there. Is there any other reliable timeshare rental program that is online that allows me to post my timeshare week for rent without all the rigamarole of the Redweek posting?
