funny we were just in Puerto Penasco "Rocky Point" and the Mayan Grand has 1 building done from 5 years ago, with no amenaties as promished. Holes partially dug for pool.... and now they offer Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe??? The area was wonderful and employees were wonderful, but no way would we give our money to them.
