On the rental, on the contract it says that they do not garantee the rental off the unit, and as a option , if you rentet your self, YOU WILL MAKE DOUBLE the money, just check on expedia, on a studio it coast 350 dollars per nigth, wen the mf is lees that 400 PER WEEK, and on the grand mayan a 1 BR with the golf for 4 people golf incluted it coast 9000 DOLLARS!!! renters make a lot of money, they rent and give you what they say, BUT THEY MALE MORE, just check on expedia and try it your self,
Know that you owen the LUxxe, you have acces to EVERETHING, Grand mayan, mayan , sea garden, and LUxxe, so if you like to come on vacation, you can have you week at any other resort in the company AT ANY PLACE,
Ass a recomendation for does who will like to rent, just send masivve emails , with the price and put a good deal dont go like the brokers :S, just on chat rooms, or at work,
