Interesting to have someone from the company responding. I do have a question that i hope you can help with.

I originally bought a Grand Mayan on resale (much cheaper that way) but then upgraded to the Grand Bliss on my last trip there. I traded in my one week and VC for the same thing in the GB for less then 10K; MF went to $1000, but lot of niceties now: free golf, no MF unless i use, 8 months ahead scheduling, roll over to next year if i don't use, half price MF at 75, no MF after 77, and nicer larger units when built - free golf was huge for me (6 rounds per stay).

My question: what is the difference between the Bliss, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe condos, and Grand Luxxe villas in terms of unit size, construction, locations. Also, what is being built of these now and where. These have all been confusing - can you help us out.
