IF you a have problem with the phone number, on your contract you should have a member services /customer phone number that its always available, their working hours are from 10 to 4 , Mexican time
About vedanta they dint buy grupo mayan, it grow, see its more complicated that just purshising a group,
They united with grupo mayan, thats why they hire more member services, that cant lie to the people, check in your contract.
