i know enough not to buy at a resort, too expensive. on this site, if i see a resale for say $500 with a yearly maintenance fee of $500, can i assume i will be paying the owner $500 then a yearly fee of $500 to the resort and i get a week each year? is it that easy??? are there scams on here??? i am so afraid of getting ripped off.
