Resort Equity Marketing uses the same techiniques as all the others. There has been an entire thread about them on RedWeek. See the link here.

You need to stop paying big bucks to these companies and start advertising on the various websites (RedWeek, TUG, myresortnetwork, eBay, etc). Which will be more exposure than some of the upfront fee companies will get. You also need to get a good handle as to how much your TS is really worth (many are not worth more than $1).
