Ron, it appears that I am not the only one that has been scammed by Timeshare Freedom, Inc., 195 E. Jarrad Street, Cleveland, GA 30528-1230, 800-579-7005 or 706-348-1405, Fax: 706-219-0054 (dba Time No More). We have two time shares in Starwood Vistana Cascades, Orlando, FL that we just don't get the time to use and the various fees have been a drain. I gave TNM $4093 to take them both off my hands, signed and submitted all the paperwork and thought all was fine until I got a call this week from the resort threatening to turn over a bill for $3600 for collection that I didn't even realized I owed. I just got off the phone with Chris at Starwood and I will pay that off so as not to reflect negatively on our credit report but I still have the problem of the two units which continue to be a drain each year. Starwood made it clear that they will not take the units back even if I was willing to donate them back at no charge. I guess for now I am just stuck with them and the drama goes on. I would, however, really like to see something done about TNM and their illegal practices. Bob Vanzant, bobgv@aol.com
