You pay them to transfer the Timeshare out of you name and then they sell it to major players like Travelocity, etc. in bulk.
Nonsense. This is just another so-called "PostCard Company" lie.

1. "Major players" don't EVER buy timeshares, individually or in bulk, including Travelocity, Expedia (...or anyone else). It doesn't happen. Companies don't buy them for "conventions or their employees" either, which is another whopper these PCC's are fond of telling. All these tall tales and fabrications are unadulterated crap, pure and simple. These PCC's simply unload the timeshares as fast as possible, usually for a buck on eBay (there are over a thousand there, today, right now). ALL of the PCC profit has ALREADY been made by then --- from the person who paid them big money to "take" the timeshare in the first place.

2. ALL PostCard Companies are basically the same. It doesn't matter much if it's Timeshare Relief, Time No More, We Collect Timeshares, Timeshare Out, Timeshare Freedom, (....the names go on and on). Some are much worse than others, but all are essentially the same.

3. One danger you may not even be aware of with PCC's if you don't have legal experience is that some of these outfits don't even actually put the timeshare in their own name by recorded deed. Instead, they have you sign a Power of Attorney, which authorizes them to sell off your timeshare IF THEY CAN. If they are NOT able to unload that timeshare, even for free, take a guess who REMAINS the lawful owner of record, still personally responsible for the maintenance fees? Yes, it's STILL YOU, despite having previously parted with substantial cash to get rid of (...or so you thought) the unwanted ownwership. A win/win situation for the PCC, a lose/lose situation for you...

A FEW of the PCC's do put the ownership in their own name. If you choose to pursue this PCC route (a route to be considered only by the truly desperate), at least make ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you fully understand the difference between an officially recorded deed transfer and a mere "Power of Attorney" --- which does NOT transfer ownership.
