This is what we decided, so that we no longer have the anxiety and headache. We are giving our even year week away with the buyer paying all closing costs. The MC has the right of refusal, but we were told that they rarely do that. It can take 1-3 months, which is OK with us and the other party. The next fees we'll be Oct. 2011, so no problem there. We'll be relieved when we don't get the bill in 2011. We're taking a hit, but we had a lot of fun going to NY and just think, if we want to stay at the MC again, we can rent a week for much less than the maintenance fee! We will be very happy when it is finalized. I wish all of you good luck and peace of mind. We also hope that the class action goes forward. This is a great site! Thank you.
