Okay, so I am glad I am acting as quick as possible so that maybe I can help others. I have read so many complaints here, but I don't really see anyone taking much action. I am not a person that just wants to vent, I want them to completely stop with the deceptive practices. So, I went to a real estate attorney yesterday, both me and my husband. After speaking to him, I am going to close my bank account, and open a new one, so they can not take any more. I also am writing them a letter providing all the specifc details and certifying it, and will send it off today, and seeing if there is a response to our request for a refund. I'll give them about a week, to respond, and if they don't respond, I'll hire this attorney to go after Stella and Manhattan Club's real estate licensce. I will not give up for others. I know there was mention in another post of trying to gather a list of names of potential owners. When I have time, I am going to call the Manhattan Club, and just start calling room numbers, I hope others here can help do the same, to warn people who are not owners about the deceptive practices, as if they are owners let them know they are not alone. I will keep everyone updated, and will also be filing complaints with the board of realtors for her license and the attorney general, and the attorney gave me some others.
