WRONG .... It's against RCI and II rules and regulations to rent or sell a deposit or exchange .... if they catch you doing it they can (and will) suspend your account forever.
Guest certificates are for family and friends, not for profit making ventures. The only reimbursement allowed for owners that request a guest certificate for family and friends is the exchange fee and guest certificate fee (nothing more, not even reimbursement of maintenance fees).
